A system 100 on the manufacturer's side collects, stores pieces of information regarding materials to be used for meals from other manufacturers 101, etc., and provides the pieces of information according to a request from the outside. In addition, pieces of information regarding a single dish and the meals are prepared by using the collected pieces of data, etc., and provided to a network system on the hospital's side. Menus for every patient are prepared based on the pieces of information transmitted from the system 100 on the manufacturer's side and pieces of information regarding patients, provided to the patients and the selection of the meals is accepted on the hospital's side. The pieces of information on the meals accepted from the patients are transmitted to the system 100 on the manufacturer's side in block. Pieces of information for ordering materials are prepared based on the pieces of information received from a hospital and an order processing to a foodstuff supplier 103 is performed based on them in the system 100 on the manufacturer's side.
