Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal service cart for which a warm-keeping case and a refrigerator being equipped with a circulation fan inside, are formed by partitioning a cart main body in the longitudinal direction, which is excellent in fungus resistance, and also excellent in safety for workers and safety for foods being housed in the meal service cart.
SOLUTION: A sterilizing means 30 is arranged in a cart main body 1, and at the same time, on the surface of the cart, an electric switching means 31 which controls the motion of the sterilizing means 30 and the motion of a circulation fan 17, and is formed so as to be inputtable from the outside, and a time counting control means 32 which is formed so that the setting of a desired period of time is possible, are arranged. Then, the sterilizing means 30 is operated based on the information being inputted from the outside to the electric switching means 31 and the information of time being set by the time counting control means 32, and at the same time, the circulation fan 17 is operated, and the meal service cart is formed in such a manner that sterilized air being generated by the sterilizing means 30, is made to circulate in the cart main body 1.
