PURPOSE: To provide the meals provision waiting stand having a large loading quantity, and also, having a large degree of freedom for use, which is used for provision of meals in a school and a hospital, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A horizontal shelf plate is formed by engaging parts of both ends of a bridge plate 24 to horizontal levers 8b, 21 in the horizontal direction, formed in a master stand 2 having a shelf plate 11a in the upper part, and for using the lower part as a store part of a slave stand 12, and the slave stand having shelf plates 23a, 23b in the upper and the lower parts. Also, when the bridge plate 24 is not used, it is contained between the shelf plate 11a of the master stand 2 and a containing part so that the slave stand 12 can be stored in the master stand 2, the loading quantity is increased by providing the lower foldable shelf plate 11b in the master stand 2 in accordance with necessity, and by folding this lower shelf plate 11b and positioning it in the end part of the master stand 2, the slave stand 12 can be stored.
