Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the simpler production of the shoes having a good wearing feel and an excellent heat insulating characteristic than the process for production of the conventional shoes by using a thick three-layered member having foam layers 4, 7 respectively in an uppers material 1 and the middle layer of an insole material 8 and to inexpensively provide the products which have good appearance and meet specified requirements with feasibility of mass productivity without requiring costly machines and even by persons who are not highly skilled engineers.

CONSTITUTION: The shoes of the three-layered members having the foam layers 4, 7 in the uppers material 1 and the middle layer of the insole material 8 are constituted by absorbing the level difference of a stitched top end 10 generated by projecting the stitched part 12 of the uppers material 1 and the insole material 8 toward the inner side and tightly fitting this part toward the uppers material 1 by the insole material 8.
