Abstract:
To provide a measurement data processing device for easily performing recording or editing of measurement data.SOLUTION: A measurement data processing device comprises: a measurement place number storage unit that sets and stores the number of measurement object places per one work as a measurement place number; a cluster number storage unit that sets and stores the number of measurement data classifications per one work as a cluster number; a measurement data buffer unit that sequentially and temporarily stores measurement data transferred from a measuring instrument; and a cluster classification unit that performs cluster analysis of the measurement data stored in the measurement data buffer unit on the basis of the measurement place number and the cluster number to classify the measurement data into clusters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
