Abstract:
To provide a measurement device that is simple, as much as possible, and is capable of performing temperature determination without fail and in a cost-effective manner, and which may be used over a wide range of applications.
A reflection means for an ultrasonic pulse (50), arranged at a wall surface (4) opposite a transmission/reception device (S/E), is a piezoelectric oscillator (15) including two electrodes (16, 17). The piezoelectric oscillator (15) is excited by at least one ultrasonic pulse (50, 53a, 63a) and generates resonant oscillation.
