The flowing speed and/or the flow rate of the liquid are/is measured based on the transmission time between the ultrasound transducers 6, 7 in the state of the valve 5 is open, and even in the state of the valve 5 is closed, the ultrasound is transmitted between the transducers 6, 7 for monitoring the motion of the valve 5.
