Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of accurately calculating a scale for determining the dimension of three-dimensional data of an object in a real world.SOLUTION: A measurement device includes: an imaging part; a distance measurement part; a position measurement part; a first calculation part; a second calculation part; and an estimation part. The imaging part images an object at a plurality of positions to acquire a plurality of images. The distance measurement part measures a distance to the object at the plurality of positions to acquire a plurality of distance information. The position measurement part measures the plurality of positions to acquire a plurality of position information. The first calculation part calculates the three-dimensional data of the object by using the plurality of images. The second calculation part calculates the reliability of each of the plurality of distance information and the plurality of position information. The estimation part estimates the scale of the three-dimensional data by using the distance information and position information whose reliability of larger than a predetermined value among the plurality of distance information and the plurality of position information.
