Abstract:
To provide a measurement device capable of reducing noise in a signal generated and outputted by the measurement device based on a clock signal inputted from external.SOLUTION: A measurement device 1 includes an external input terminal 11, an oscillation circuit 14, an oscillation signal selection circuit 16, a crystal filter 17, and an external output terminal 22. The external input terminal 11 accepts input of an external oscillation signal. The oscillation circuit 14 generates an internal oscillation signal different from an external oscillation signal. The oscillation signal selection circuit 16 selects one of the external oscillation signal and the internal oscillation signal as a selected oscillation signal. The crystal filter 17 eliminates unwanted frequency component from the selected oscillation signal. The external output terminal 22 outputs a filtered oscillation signal which passed through the crystal filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
