Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method of temperature distribution in a heat treatment furnace when performing heat treatment to two steel having different thicknesses by arranging side by side in a furnace width direction in a heat treatment furnace, by which temperature distribution having a smaller difference from actual temperature distribution than a conventional method is obtained by a method in which the number of installed temperature sensors in the furnace width direction is smaller.SOLUTION: A first temperature sensor 3 is arranged at a width-direction central position L1 of a heat treatment furnace, and a second temperature sensor 5 is arranged at an intermediate position L2 between a first inner wall 4 closer to an area in the heat treatment furnace where a thicker steel 1 is arranged and a width-direction central position L1. A temperature measurement value T2 by the second temperature sensor 5 is estimated as in-furnace temperature between the first inner wall 4 and the width-direction central position L1. A temperature measurement value T1 by the first temperature sensor 3 is estimated as in-furnace temperature between a second inner wall 6 closer to an area in the heat treatment furnace where a thinner steel 2 is arranged and the width-direction central position L1. Thus, temperature distribution in the furnace width direction in the heat treatment furnace is obtained.
