Abstract:
To suppress the decrease in reception sensitivity of a capacitance detection type ultrasonic transducer.SOLUTION: A measurement method of ultrasonic waves using a capacitance detection ultrasonic transducer is disclosed. In the measurement method, a bias voltage is applied to the capacitance detection ultrasonic transducer in each of the plurality of first periods to measure ultrasonic waves. In addition, in a second period between the two first periods in multiple first periods, a voltage of 0 V or more and smaller than the bias voltage is applied to the capacitance detection ultrasonic transducer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
