Abstract:
To provide a measurement device, a measurement method, and a measurement program which can easily measure an inundation height of a building.SOLUTION: A data acquisition section 112 acquires point group data as a plurality of pieces of point data indicating positions of reflection points, which are obtained by measuring a disaster-stricken building by using an optical sensor 141 for receiving reflection light reflected at the reflection points after irradiation of irradiation light so as to measure the positions of the reflection points. An inundation height measurement section 114 measures the distance from a reference position to a designated position by a user on the basis of the point group data acquired by the data acquisition section 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
