To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring information reporting of dual connected (DC) terminal devices.SOLUTION: A terminal device connected to a master network node and a secondary network node obtains measurement information at least on the basis of the configuration of the master network node and the secondary network node, and sends a report containing the measurement information containing frequency information to the master network node in response to a failure on the secondary network node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
