PURPOSE: To provide a signal processing circuit device so as to compensate for an earth potential difference between an earth for an exhaust gas sonde and an earth for a controller.
CONSTITUTION: The first input side, the first output side, a jointing means located outside a circuit and the second input side are provided, the earth potential of a measurement sensor being supplied to the first input side and the sum of the earth potential and the first offset of the measurement sensor being taken out of the first output side. The jointing means joints the potential taken out of the first output side of the circuit to a signal from the measurement sensor to be one signal, which is the linear function of the signal, designated by complementation of different offset from zero, so that potential related to the earth potential of the measurement sensor can be supplied to another means via the second input side.
