A loop coil 12 formed nearly into a shape of the numerals 8 is suitably deployed on a track. The loop coil 12 generates alternating electromagnetic fields on the coil, when sinusoidal waves are supplied from a magnetic field generating 11. In this case, the intensity of the electromagnetic fields become very small through canceling of the magnetic force along the center of the numerals 8. A wireless tag 20 detects inflexion points on the loop coil 12 in accordance with the detected signals that have detected electromagnetic fields. Moreover, the minute that the wireless tag 20 detects the inflexion point, it transmits proper self-memorizing ID information toward an ID information receiving device 13. When the time the ID information receiving device 13 receives ID information, it gains self-clocking time as time information to store the time information and ID information in correspondence.
