To provide a measurement system for competition for properly measuring synchronizing time even at a measurement spot isolated from a start spot with a long distance.

As shown in figure (a), a timer console at each spot measures a count-down time with a count value as a start spot, and measures a count-up time after the end of count-down. The timer console at a start spot transmits a time measured by itself to an information supply device. Then, as shown in figure (b), the timer console receives the start signal, and clears the measured time to 0, and measures the count-up time from the point of time. At the same time, the timer console specifies a difference α, and transmits it to the information supply device as difference information. As shown in (d), the timer console at each measurement spot and a goal spot receives the difference information (difference α) from the information supply device, and corrects a time from the difference α, and measures the count-up time from the corrected time.
