PURPOSE: To obtain a new measurement system without causing noise to be propagated directly between a device to be measured and a measuring device.

CONSTITUTION: A measurement system includes an electrical noise application device 4 which can apply electrical noise to a device 1 to be measured and a measuring device 2 which receives a test signal which is generated by a signal generator 21 with a signal receiver 22 through the device 1 to be measured and then can measure influence of electrical noise for the device 1 to be measured. Then, one part of a signal transmission path 5 which connects the measuring device 2 to the device 1 to be measured is constituted by a non- conductive signal transmission path 5 which is formed by optical fibers 52, 55 etc.
