In this measurement of the proportion of the moisture to be lost as dew drops, a part of picked tea leaves are sampled and centrifuged to calculate the water proportion to be lost as dew drops from the weight difference between before and after the centrifugation. The centrifugal dehydration of tea leaves A can set the proportion to be lost to a certain value after centrifugation, regardless of the proportion to be lost when they are carried in, and the proportion to be lost when carried in can be inductively, exactly and promptly calculated from the weights of tea leaves before and after the centrifugation.
