Abstract:
PURPOSE:To measure the correct value while the error of the inclining angle due to the influences of the acceleration is corrected by detecting the acceleration of a moving body by an acceleration sensor, and correcting the detected angle by an inclinometer based on the detecting value of the acceleration sensor. CONSTITUTION:An inclinometer 1 is mounted to a bulldozer. The inclining angle of th bulldozer is detected from the angular displacement of a weight when the gravity is added to the weight suspended within the sensor 1. The detecting signal of the inclinometer 1 is added to a subtracting part 2. An acceleration sensor 3 detects the acceleration from the force necessary to recover the displacement of the weight when the acceleration is added to the weight. An acceleration/angle converter 4 converts the acceleration to the angle based on the output of the sensor 3, and adds the angle as an error to the subtracting part 2. The subtracting part 2 performs a correcting process by subtracting the output of the converter 4 as an error from the output of the inclinometer 1, with feeding the subtracting result to a reduction filter 5. The filter 5 generates an output after attenuating the high frequency component.
