PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily set an operation condition.SOLUTION: When touch operation to a determination button 14 is performed in a state where a new set value is inputted to a set value input area 11-1a selected as an input target area and a distance between a start point of the touch operation and an end point of the touch operation is a previously determined distance or more, the new set value is defined as a set value of a set item corresponding to the set value input area 11-1a, an existing direction (e.g. a right direction) of the end point from the start point is specified, and a cursor display 12 is displayed by using a set value input area 11-1b located in the existing direction (right direction) specified for the selected set value input area 11-1a as a new input target area.
