To prevent a trouble wherein a line is stopped during the operation of an important line, a trouble wherein an apparatus is used continuously in the state where a component is deteriorated without knowing an instrumental error failure or a characteristic failure, or the like, by predicting and managing a lifetime which is different crresponding to the actual using state or an operation period, and by enabling exchange before the malfunction of the apparatus occurs.
This device has a microprocessor for operating a measuring signal based on a value detected by a sensor. The device also has a component lifetime table for recording the individual lifetime of each component having its lifetime, a timer for measuring an operation time of each component having its lifetime, and an accumulated operation time operation part for accumulating and storing the operation time measured by the timer in a nonvolatile memory. The accumulated and stored operation time is compared with the individual set component lifetime of each component recorded in the component lifetime table, and a display or a signal for showing arrival of a component exchange time is outputted at the point of arrival time of the lifetime of each component.
