PURPOSE: To measure the quantity of the natural radiation heat of a centralized air conditioning system by providing a switch for detection of temp. on the down stream side of a stop valve providing in a hot water passage, and actuating a means for measuring the quantity of the natural heat radiation with this switch.
CONSTITUTION: When a stop valve 25 is opened and an electric power source switch 26 is turned on while a thermostat 24 is on, a motor 21 starts running, thereby operating a fan. In the stage of strong operation, a switch 22 is held closed, and contacts 30a change over to a resistance 35 side, and the value of the resistance 35 is outputted as the one corresponding to the quantity of radiation heat. When a thermostat 28 goes on upon attainment of a prescribed temp., contacts 32a change over to a resistor 33 side, and the combined resistance of the resistances 33 and 35 is outputted. In the stage of weak operation, a selection switch 23 is held closed, and the output of a resistance 34 is outputted bya relay 31. Upon attainment of the prescribed temp., the value of the resistance 33 is added as well. When the switch 26 is off and the valve 25 is held open, a relay 28 operates upon attainment of the prescribed temp., thereby outputting the value of the resistance 33.
