CONSTITUTION: A ribbon part 9 is wound on periphery of crop B, the ribbon part is crossed while setting a measuring position by a measuring position specifying part 8 of a measuring part 2 and the ribbon part is stretched. As given fastening strength is maintained by a strength adjusting part 10, a reading standard 11 of measured value is collated with a display part 4 of measured numerical value of hill periphery on the surface of long base and the hill periphery is read.
