Abstract:
To accurately measure, with a simple configuration, the concentration of an object to be measured, such as a solute dissolved in various solutions, such as an aqueous solution and gases in a mixture gas.SOLUTION: A measuring system (1) according to the present application has: a light source device (2) that intermittently turns on a light emitting element to emit light including a specific wavelength corresponding to an object of concentration measurement; a tunable filter for Fabry-Perot spectroscopy (4) that disperses, from light received through the object to be measured, at least light with a wavelength different from a dispersed wavelength; a light receiving element (5) that measures the intensity of the rays of light dispersed by the tunable filter for Fabry-Perot spectroscopy (4); and a measuring device (6) that generates a spectrum indicating the relationship between the wavelengths of the rays of light dispersed by the tunable filter for Fabry-Perot spectroscopy (4) and the intensity of the rays of light with the wavelengths measured by the light receiving element (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
