Title:
MEASURING DEVICE FOR PRESSURIZED FLUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05273025
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrence of a hair crack by doing away with processing after baking, to prevent cracking breakdown due to expansion even when a fluid pressure is applied, and to cover sufficiently the weakness in the direction of a thrust axis of a ceramic measuring tube by a structure of making an external stress of a plant piping or the like escape to an outer casing. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic measuring tube 31 having a thin wall part 31a and a thick wall part 31b is made by baking an unbaked ceramic body. However, it has problems that a hair crack is caused by grinding after baking and that it is weak at a stress in the direction of a thrust axis. Therefore, this measuring device for a pressurized fluid is so contrived that the thin wall part of the ceramic measuring tube 31, e.g. a part corresponding to a stress deformation area thereof, is not processed after the baking at least and that the tube has a structure of making a stress in the direction of the thrust axis escape to an outer casing 32 when it is applied.
