Abstract:

To provide a measuring device for static rigidity and a dynamic pressure effect which can measure rigidity in an operating condition.

A device is constituted by providing a pneumatic static pressure spindle 12 rotatably supporting one end of a spindle 10 by a static pressure bearing 14, frame 11 fixing the pneumatic static pressure spindle 12 in a vertical direction, air bearing rotatably supporting the other end of the rotating spindle, static pressure guide 13 pulling from a direction at a right angle relating to a shaft center of the spindle 10 with one end supporting the air bearing also the other end rotating through the air bearing by a load, and a contact-less displacement gage 17 measuring a displacement amount in the vicinity of the other end of the rotating spindle 10.
