PURPOSE: To raise the measuring accuracy and simplify the constitution by a method wherein the diameters of rotary electrodes are made to be different from each other, while the electrodes are supported by springs and the rotation by friction is made therefor.
CONSTITUTION: When a driving motor being operated, a rotary electrode 10 is rotated in the direction of an arrow by the driving force transmitted through a connection member 11 and a driving shaft 8, making another rotary electrode 19 rotate in the direction opposite to that of the rotary electrode 10 under the rotating force by the friction with an insulating body 21. And, the grain to be measured being fed from above two electrodes, it is crushed. At this time, a belleville spring 7 is bent by the counterforce of crushing acting on both electrodes, thus the pressure applied to the grain being adjusted to be nearly fixed. Moreover, since one rotary electrode has a small diameter, while the other has a large one, and a follower shaft 18 is rotated with a small driving force, the crushing of the grain is facilitated.
