Abstract:
To provide a weighing device that weighs articles during a conveyance, and can calculate a proper correction value while suppressing an operation time of the weighing device required for calculating the correction value for correcting weight a weighing unit weighs and weight of an actual article.SOLUTION: A weighing device comprises: a second conveyer; a load cell; and a control unit. The second conveyer is configured to receive and convey an article. The load cell is configured to detect weight of the second conveyer or, when the second conveyer conveys the article, detect the weight of the second conveyer and a weight of the article on the second conveyer to output a weight signal. The control unit is configured to calculate a correction value for correcting the weight of the article to be detected by the load cell on the basis of the weight signal the load cell outputs upon conveying a reference sample by the second conveyer by the number of reference sample weighing times. The control unit is configured to calculate the number of sample weighing times on the basis of the weight signal the load cell outputs upon driving the second conveyer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
