Abstract:
PURPOSE:To omit manual calibration and to improve measuring accuracy by inputting automatic calibration data and automatically calibrating the gain of a measuring system and offset from the inputted measuring value. CONSTITUTION:A voltage to be measured is inputted from a terminal 10, converted into a digital value through a fixed gain amplifier 1 and an AD converter 2, processed by a CPU 3, and stored in a data storage part. Two kinds of fixed voltages are inputted to a terminal 10 and measuring values corresponding to respective voltages are inputted to a terminal through an external input device 8. The input values from the terminal 9 are processed by the CPU 3 through a serial/parallel data converter 7. Since the gain and offset of the measuring system can be found out from these values, these data are stored in a data storage part 6 and the succeeding measuring data are compensated by using the values.
