Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately fix a plate-shaped electrode at a defined position.SOLUTION: A measurement jig includes an electrode unit configured to be movable in a direction closer to or separate from a placement portion. The electrode unit includes a stick-shaped electrode, a plate-shaped electrode 22, and a holder 23 including a first holding portion to hold the stick-shaped electrode and a second holding portion 42 to hold the plate-shaped electrode. The plate-shaped electrode 22 includes: an abutting portion 31 that is provided, on a line of force action L applied from a contacted part to one end 22a, at the other end 22c and extends in a direction orthogonal to the line of force action L; and an abutting portion 32 that is formed at an edge between the one end 22a and the other end 22c and extends in a direction parallel to the line of force action L. The holding portion 42 includes a positioning unit 51 that determines the position in the thickness direction of the plate-shaped electrode 22 by the abutting of a main plane 22d of the plate-shaped electrode 22; a positioning unit 52 that determines the position in the direction along the line of force action L by the abutting of the abutting portion 31; and a positioning unit 53 that determines the position in the direction orthogonal to the line of force action L by the abutting of the abutting portion 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
