Abstract:

To provide a measuring method of an analyte capable of measuring with high sensitivity by using a single membrane liposome having high stability and a small size below 200 nm.

This measuring method of the analyte comprises a complex forming process for forming a labeling material containing liposome-ligand-analyte complex by bonding a labeling material containing liposome-ligand complex to the analyte, an aggregation process for aggregating the labeling material containing liposome-ligand-analyte complex with either or both of a labeling material containing liposome and the labeling material containing liposome-ligand complex, a separation process for separating a non-aggregated material in the aggregation process, and a measuring process for measuring the labeling material containing liposome-ligand-analyte complex with which either or both of the labeling material containing liposome and the labeling material containing liposome-ligand complex are aggregated.
