Title:
MEASURING METHOD FOR CARDIAC INFARCTION MARKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1123575
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To quickly and simply measure a cardiac infarction marker by fixing an antibody against cardiac infarction on a metal film arranged on a transparent substrate.

A metal film 2 made of gold, silver, or copper is formed on a transparent substrate 1 made of glass, PET, or polycarbonate by spattering or deposition. An organic silicon film 3 containing Si-O, Si-C bonding in the molecule is formed on the metal film 2 by the saturated steam method of a silane coupling agent into a closest packed structure. An anti-human troponin T antibody or an anti-human myoglobin antibody is uniformly fixed with high density at the thickness of about 100-3000 as a marker 4 on the surface of the closed packed structure of the organic silicon film 3. A measuring chip thus obtained has good sensitivity and a small shape, it can be used as it is without centrifugally separating whole blood, and the marker 4 of cardiac infarction, particularly the anti-human troponin T antibody or anti-human myoglobin antibody, can be measured with no label.
