To provide a measuring method of a high-temperature furnace atmospheric component capable of measuring an atmospheric component in a high-temperature furnace with furnace atmospheric temperature 800C or higher.
In this measuring method of the high-temperature furnace atmospheric component, the furnace atmospheric component in the furnace 11 for firing a ceramic molded body at the furnace atmospheric temperature of 800C or higher is allowed to flow out to the outside of the furnace 11 through a sampling tube 1 which is chemically stable at the furnace atmospheric temperature, and is inserted into a through-hole 14 formed in a wall 12 of the furnace 11, and the furnace atmospheric component flowing out to the outside of the furnace 11 through the sampling tube 1 is filtered by a filter 2, and an adhesion amount of an inorganic component which is gaseous at the furnace atmospheric temperature and solid at a normal temperature in the furnace atmospheric component adhering onto the inner wall surface of the sampling tube 1 when the furnace atmospheric component passes the inside of the sampling tube 1, and a collection amount of the inorganic component in the furnace atmospheric component flowing out to the outside of the furnace 11 through the sampling tube 1, which is collected by the filter 2, are measured.
