Abstract:
To provide a measuring method for an inclusion of an extracellular vesicle capable of measuring the inclusion with a sample method with high sensitivity without being influenced by a foreign substance even if a little biological samples or a biological of a low extracellular vesicle concentration is used, and a measuring kit.SOLUTION: A measuring method includes: preparing a measurement chip fixed to a metal film and containing a first bond substance bonded to an inclusion of an extracellular vesicle S01; discharging the inclusion from the extracellular vesicle contained in a sample S10; providing the sample containing the inclusion on the metal film; bonding the inclusion contained in the sample to the first bond substance; marking the inclusion with a fluorescent substance via a second bond substance bonded to the inclusion; irradiating the metal film with excitation light in such a manner that surface plasmon resonance occurs on the metal film; and detecting fluorescent light emitted from the fluorescent substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
