Abstract:
To provide a measuring method of injection molding capable of stably measure a low melting point metal material, enabling forming at a low melting temp. and stabilizing rotation torque of a screw.
A low melting point metal material is charged into a cylinder barrel 1 of a screw type injection molding machine together with a heat resistant soft inorganic material, while these are transferred by rotation of a screw 2 in the barrel, the low melting point metal material is melted by the outside heat as well as the shear force of the screw 2 and is stored/measured in a storing chamber 6. Thus, the over torque of screw rotation is not caused, the low melting point metal is stably measured.
