Title:
MEASURING METHOD FOR MEMORY CARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07296133
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently measure the function of a memory card to a battery.

CONSTITUTION: A voltage corresponding to the supplying voltage of the battery is supplied from a tester through positive and negative polarity cables 133p and 133m for battery test jig to battery case side positive polarity power supply terminal and negative polarity power supply terminal 132p and 132m for a jig A8. The voltage supplied to the battery case side positive and negative polarity power supply terminals 132p and 132m is supplied through memory card side positive and negative polarity power supply terminals 42p and 42m to the internal circuit of a memory card 40. Namely, the memory card 40 is turned to the same state as mounting the battery. In this case, in the state of supplying no other voltage, for example, it is measured whether a memory IC 43 can hold the stored information with that supplied voltage or not.
