Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to measure the human parathyroid hormone and the fragment thereof in a specimen accurately and precisely over the wide measuring range.
CONSTITUTION: The first anti-human parathyroid hormone antibody (Ab 1), which is bonded to an insoluble solid, is bonded to the human parathyroid hormone or the human parathyroid hormone fragment in a specimen. Furthermore, the labeled second anti-human parathyroid hormone antibody (Ab 2*) having the recognizing part other than the first antihuman parathyroid hormone is bonded. Thus the labeled immunity complex is formed. The concentrations of the human parathyroid hormone and the fragment thereof are measured based on the growing amount of a label immune complex in this immunity measuring method. In this method, the calibration curve form concentration conversion is the calibration curve, which is formed by using the mixture of two or more kinds of the human parathyroid hormone fragments as the standard products. This is the characteristic of this method.
