Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy and to simplify its facilities by using the measurement controller of a closed loop which make a flow velocity variable, performing a control based on a fuzzy inference, and performing the measurement mixing and measurement distribution with a single measurement controller. CONSTITUTION:Using a measurement controller 44 to perform a closed loop control which makes the flow velocity variable, and by the control system of the fuzzy inference, a switching device 46 controls the revolution of screw feeder 32 of plural flowrate regulator corresponding to the number of supplying containers, a closedown valve 2N of an opening damper, an opening regulating valve 11, etc., and makes a granule backflow velocity variable. Further, liquid, powder, mixed liquid of the liquid and the powder, which are shifted to a mixing container 40, are measured by a detector 42 arranged at the mixing container 40, and the liquid or the powder in the supplying container is measured by an adding measurement using one measurement controller 44, and when the mixed liquid is shifted to the distribution container, it is measured by a subtracting measurement using the device 44.
