The measuring system, which is a system that uses a data collecting means capable of acquiring data, comprises a server for storing and managing the measured data; a database server for managing an addition information database in an integrated fashion; and the data-collecting means which downloads the additional information database from the database server via a network, selects additional information to be added from the additional information database and adds the selected additional information to the measured data at a measurement time, and uploads the measured data with the additional information to the server via the network, as needed.
