Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring tip as a measuring tip used for an SPR measurement which immobilizes many kinds of proteins and which is optically stable.
SOLUTION: The measuring tip used in a measurement using attenuated total reflection is provided with an optically transparent dielectric, a metal thin film formed on the dielectric, and a hydrophobic thin film formed so as to cover the metal thin film.
