PURPOSE: To prevent metal powder from being mixed and meat quality from being deteriorated due to an increase in friction temperature, and at the same time, prolonging the life of parts by providing at least the sliding part of a meat cutting plate and/or knife made of ceramics.

In either one of the cases, it is recommended that the ceramic or a ceramic piece be processed in an anti-chipping form.
