Abstract:
To provide a meat grinder having improved cleanability.
A screw housing 14 comprising a feeding port 14a and a meat moving section 14b containing a screw is divided one above the other in the meat moving section 14b by removing the fitting of ribs 14d and grooves 14, by which the easy cleanup of all the corners by removing the meat sticking into the screw housing 14, more particularly into the meat moving section 14b is made possible in cleaning and the cleanability is improved.
