PURPOSE: To provide a meat piece-dishing device capable of sanitarily, safely and orderly dishing a sliced meat piece on a dish without relating to the kind of the meat such as frozen meat or raw meat.
CONSTITUTION: The device is characterized by installing a receiving roller 10 in proximity to the surface of a round blade 3 arranged at a place near to a discharging port for a meat piece 11, rotat the receiving roller in the right direction on the upper side view to discharge the sliced meat piece 11 by the rotation of the receiving roller 10 in the direction substantially orthogonal to the discharging direction, carrying the discharged meat piece with a meat piece-receiving belt 16 placed below the receiving roller 10, and subsequently dropping the carried meat piece at a constant position in a dish 30 on a receiving dish-carrying belt 21 below the meat piece-receiving belt 16. The dish 30 is successively carried on the basis of the detection signal of a detector 28 under the control of a computing means 29 and a controlling means for controlling the rotation of the receiving dish-carrying belt 21 and the reciprocating motion of a frame 18 in correspondence to the reciprocating motion of a meat box 6, thus orderly dishing the sliced meat piece on the dish.
