Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mechanical chuck securing a precise fitting of a tool or a tool holder.
CONSTITUTION: A shank take-out element 1 is formed as a hollow element so as to pull out a shank via a tension element 4 therein. The shank take-out element 1 is provided with an outer screw 11 and a fastening nut 2 for fitting. The fastening nut 2 is provided with an annular support face 2a for a pin 3. When the fastening nut 2 is drawn in the fastening direction, the annular support face 2a is concentrically arranged to thrust the pin 3 toward the contact face 4a of the tension element 4 through boring in the shank take-out element 1 inside.
