PURPOSE: To stop a fuel quantity regulating tool on a start increasing amount position so as to raise engine rotation rapidly by forming respective relating surfaces between a weight holder and a governor sleeve in precision finished surface respectively, and tightly sticking respective facing surfaces sandwithcing engine oil just after starting of an engine.
CONSTITUTION: A governor weight 3 is pivotally supported slidably, in a weight holder 2 fixed on a governor shaft 1. A governor sleeve 4 is out-fit slidably in axial core direction while located adjacently to the weight holder 2. Force of a governor 5 outputted from the governor weight 3 is inputted to a governor lever 6, so that the governor sleeve 4 is push-pressed in direction apart from the weight holder 2. In the abovementional constitution, facing surfaces 7, 8 between the weight holder 2 and the governor sleeve 4 are formed in precision finished surface respectively. Respective facing surfaces 7, 8 are tightly stuck together by prescribed sticking force while being sandwitching engine oil.
