Title:
MECHANICAL GOVERNOR OF ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3919685
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical governor of an engine capable of solving the problem of easily causing biting-in of a torque spring.
SOLUTION: In this mechanical governor of the engine, a spring receiver 9 is projected toward a governor case wall 1 from a speed governing lever 5, and this spring receiver 9 is interposed between the projecting end 10 of a boss 2 and the torque spring 6, and the torque spring 6 trying to approach a clearance 11 between the projecting end 10 of the boss 2 and the speed governing lever 5 can be received by the spring receiver 9. When operating the speed governing lever 5, a defect of allowing the torque spring 6 to bite in the outward projecting end 10 of the boss 2 and the speed governing lever 5 is prevented. When the biting-in is caused, the movement of the speed governing lever 5 becomes inferior, and speed governing operation is hindered. In this invention, since this biting-in is prevented, the speed governing operation is not hindered.
