Abstract:
To provide a mechanical joint structure of a press fitting steel plate which can be applied to upper and lower jointing of the press fitting steel plate on which great force acts and which is capable of jointing easily in a short time by one-side construction from outside without using a heat input jointing method such as weld jointing so as to prevent deformation as a result of distortion with heat.SOLUTION: There is provided a mechanical joint structure 1 of a press fitting steel plate for jointing plural sheets of the press fitting steel plates 2, 2' which are to be press-fitted as reinforcement steel plates around a columnar existing structure, the mechanical joint structure comprising a joint part 21 having at least one of a recessed part 23 and a projected part 22 attached to the edge of the press fitting steel plate 2, and a joint plate 3 having at least one of a recessed part 32 and a projected part 31 which mesh with the recessed part 23 or the projected part 22. The joint parts 21, 21' of adjacent press fitting steel plates are jointed via the joint plate 3 arranged more inwardly than the joint part 21 by the recessed part and the projected part meshing with each other, and the joint part 21 and the joint plate 3 are jointed by a one-side connecting tool 4 enabling fastening only with construction from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
