PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembly of an interior sleeve and enable shortened lead within the interior sleeve to be taken out securely by removably engaging a coupling piece to the interior sleeve fixed at the rear end part of a tip end chuck, and loosely holding a clamping piece outwardly fixed at the head part of a delivery chuck between the interior sleeve engaging step and the coupling piece. SOLUTION: A clamping piece 6 is outwardly fitted at the head part of a delivery chuck 5, and a lead case 7 is fixed at the rear at the rear part thereof. An inner spring 9 is spread over between a coupling piece 8 for receiving a clamping piece 6 and the lead case 7, and the head part of the delivery chuck 5 is pressed against the clamping piece 6. The coupling piece 8 is inserted from the rear part of an inner sleeve 3 so as to be removably engaged in a recess groove 3E of the inner sleeve 3. The clamping piece 6 is loosely held slidably between the engaging step 3F of the inner sleeve 3 and the coupling piece 8, and allowed to be pressed against the coupling piece 8 as usual. The inner sleeve 3 with the delivery chuck 5 and clamping piece 6 or the like built therein and the tip end chuck 4 fixed in the front part is inserted from the rear end of a metal piece 1 so that the head part of the tip end chuck 4 may piece through the tip end clamping piece 2 and project from the tip end thereof.
