PURPOSE: To provide a liquid seasoning-extruding mechanism facilitating the supply of liquid seasonings and maintenance works such as a cleansing work.
CONSTITUTION: In the liquid seasoning-extruding mechanism, a tube pump for allowing pressers 34 to travel on the suitable part of each of tubes 32 for the pulsative travel of the liquid seasoning in the tube is formed to transfer and extrude the liquid seasoning on a food material. Each of the tubes 32 has a liquid seasoning-extruding port 33 at the end of the tube and a port for sucking up the liquid seasoning from a liquid seasoning container 31 at the other end. A method for cleansing the mechanism comprises sucking a cleansing liquid from the liquid seasoning-sucking port or the liquid seasoning-extruding port 33 into the tube to cleanse the inside of the tube.
