PURPOSE: To improve workability and efficiency by lifting up a magazine holding member and inclining a magazine so that an IC send-in part side is low, in an IC feeding mechanism from an IC magazine to a large handler.
CONSTITUTION: A magazine 5 is held by a holding arm 2 and is lifted up to a position at which the longitudinal direction of the magazine 5 is opposite to an IC send-in part 4. At this time, the send-in end part side of the holding arm 2 is brought into contact with a stopper 8 and locked. Accordingly, as the holding arm 2 is further lifted up by a defined amount, only the opposite side to the send-in end part of the holding arm 2 is lifted up, to incline the magazine 5 with the send-in end part side low. Thereby, the IC in the magazine 5 falls naturally being moved to the guide rail 4a. By this structure, workability and efficiency can be improved.
